Muse Movement is a local Pilates studio launching their inaugural Teacher Training program. Looking to elevate their brand and build momentum going into the fall. Muse engaged me as a consultant to strategize and execute on how to entice followers to sign up for the program. 

OBJECTIVE

The objective is to build to brand and encourage sign-ups for the teacher training program. 

APPROACH

In partnership with another agency, we seeded the launch story with an embargo, to relevant tech and lifestyle media and set up interviews with Heather Reisman and the CEO of the app. We announced the launch through a press release on the newswire.

 

Additionally, to encourage new users and app engagement we worked with a team of influencers in Canada and the US to create branded content about the launch, while signing up and sharing their personal book Reco's through the app. This created an excited buzz online as new users could follow favourite influencers and get recommendations directly from them on what to read. We worked with celebrity authors and influencers alike to use twitter, Facebook, snapchat and instagram to promote Reco and create valuable content. 

OUTCOME

Through the influencer networks and media relations, major outlets picked up the story and linked back to the app download page, immediately increasing user rates and SEO.The campaign resulted in international media coverage, creative content, SEO for Reco and an increase in thousands of users.
